NFS® STORM

All watches are covered by the legal warranty applicable under Spanish and European consumer protection law, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

For new consumer goods, the legal warranty period is three (3) years from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any lack of conformity or manufacturing defect existing at the time of delivery and appearing within the legal warranty period, under normal use of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impacts, improper handling, normal wear and tear, lack of care, water damage outside the stated water-resistance limits, or repairs/modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties.
